imdreamingofparis: Darkly Dreaming Dexter ( Jeff Lindsay) Aside from ‘The Interview with a vampire’, I bought another book that I’ve been longing for. Darkly Dreaming Dexter inspired my favorite TV series of the same name. Darkly dreaming Dexter is the story about Dexter Morgan, a blood splatter analyst who seems to be the perfect man - a smart worker, a sweet boyfriend and a loyal brother. He only has one problem though, he’s a serial killer. No one knows about it but his late father, who trained him to put his psychopath tendencies to good use.  The TV series is now, if I’m not mistaken, in it’s fourth season. There are also 4 novels out in the market today.
